Lockdown! No service interruption expected

Please note that during the lockdown (26 March to 16 April 2020) in South Africa, we expect very little impact on Quickspace’s ability to deliver services to all our clients and we will remain open while working remotely during this period. We are committed to supporting the government recommendations and will only travel in an emergency situation, support to our clients will be delivered via our online and telephonic channels.

We also do not expect any service interruptions for the onboarding of new clients and will continue to deliver the high level of support that our clients have come accustomed to.

We are seasoned at remote support and have strong relationships with our partners that supply us the tools to deliver quality support to our clients. Our Office 365 support desk can operate remotely and deliver conferencing, and video chat via Microsoft Teams. With backing from Teamviewer as our remote desktop support avenue, we have the necessary licensing in place to deliver direct support to your desktop.

We remain committed to our clients during the lockdown period and will support them to the best of our abilities.
